Crystal Griffiths:

Crystal has studied voice since high school and has been teaching voice for over 10 years. She has always loved musical theatre; and has been involved in many shows including: Director for Sleeping Beauty, Director/Musical Director for Beauty and the Beast, Director/Musical Director for Seussical the Musical, Jane Eyre in Jane Eyre, Musical Director for Aladdin, Grace Farel in Annie, Sarah Brown in Guys and Dolls, and Hodel in Fiddler on the Roof.

She followed her dreams and graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance. Her mentor and friend, Dr. Gerard Yun guided her through her college experience. With his guidance Crystal was able to excel vocally and gained a tremendous amount of knowledge about the voice and how it works. During her four years at SUU she was involved with the choral and opera programs, performing in many operas including, Susannah in Susannah, Mother/Grandmother in Little Red Riding Hood, Mistress Page in Schemes, Scams and Scoundrels, and Sister Dolcina in Suor Angelica.

She has had the privilege to perform with the Tabernacle Choir, Utah Symphony, Utah Symphony Chorus and at Carnegie Hall in New York, as well as other locations across the country. Crystal now teaches private voice lessons and musical theatre classes.
