Broadway Etc. Policies
Attendance:
Class begins on January 6th and runs through May. Rehearsals are held Wednesdays from 6:00 – 7:15 pm for ages 8 to 12. Please arrive on time and ready to go. It is crucial for us to use all of our rehearsal time productively in order to be prepared for our performances. Please be prompt and consistent in your attendance.
*There is a minimum of 5 members and a maximum of 10 members per class.
Tuition:
Monthly tuition is $30 regardless of how many lessons each student attends. In general there will be four rehearsals a month, however depending on the calendar and holidays there may be three or five rehearsals a month. Also, there is a $15 non-refundable supply fee. This will cover a T-shirt, costumes and props. Tuition is due on the first rehearsal of each month. Any tuition received after the second rehearsal of the month is late and needs to include a late fee of $5. Please make checks payable to Crystal Griffiths.
Performances:
Broadway Etc. will perform May 14 and 15, 2010 at Day Murray Music. Parents are responsible to transport and supervise their children before and after the performances.
Music:
You will receive a folder and CD of the music that we will be performing. Please practice this music at home. We will have auditions for solos and it will be to your advantage to practice at home. You will receive one CD per semester. If you lose your CD you may purchase one for $5.
Costumes:
Singers are responsible for providing black pants, black socks and black shoes. You will receive a T-shirt that will be covered by your supply fee. We will also be providing costumes and accessories that will specifically coordinate with the mini musical.
